Hello there

I am Amy here, and I believe that mental health is not a privilege, but a right — one that should be accessible, compassionate, and rooted in hope. Every child deserves to grow up feeling safe and loved. And every person deserves a space where they can breathe, feel, and begin again.

Through my work, I hope to offer that — not just as a therapist, but as someone who believes deeply in the power of kindness, connection, and second chances. I hold on to the hope that with the right support, even the most silent suffering can be transformed into strength — and no child or adult should ever feel alone in that process.

This page, and the programs we’ve shared here, are part of our heartfelt efforts to make the world a kinder, safer place — from a place of purpose, compassion, and hope.

The Little Joy Project

The Little Joy Project is the heart-centered, child-focused branch of our work—a gentle sanctuary created for young people who have known fear, loss, or the heavy silence of feeling unseen. Grounded in trauma-informed care, it weaves together creative therapies, anonymous listening lines, healing circles, and school-based resilience programs so every child can discover safety, self-expression, and the quiet power of hope.

Whether through an art journal that turns feelings into color, a “Quiet Hope” chat that offers a trusted voice at any hour, or a classroom lesson that teaches kids to name—and tame—their emotions, The Little Joy Project lifts young hearts, reminding them they are not alone and that their stories matter.

Our aim is simple yet profound: to protect childhood joys, restore a sense of belonging, and help each child grow into their fullest, bravest self.

The Kindness Project

The Kindness Project extends the same spirit of care outward, transforming compassion into a living, breathing force across homes, schools, and workplaces. It is a community movement that invites everyone—parents, teachers, coworkers, neighbors—to practice empathy as a daily habit and build cultures where mental wellness can flourish.

Through kindness challenges, stigma-breaking conversations, and compassion trainings, The Kindness Project turns understanding into action, sparks connections between strangers, and reminds adults that healing is a shared responsibility. By encouraging each person to listen deeply, speak gently, and act generously, this initiative plants seeds of belonging that ripple far beyond any single interaction.

Together, we cultivate environments where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to pass kindness forward—creating a resilient community, one caring act at a time.
