#MyHappyProject
Welcome to #MyHappyProject — a living journal where one person’s spark of happiness can light up many hearts.

Here, we gather and share our small, everyday moments of gratitude, tiny joys that remind us we’re still alive, still healing, still human.

Every time you add your own “happy note,” it becomes part of a ripple - spreading warmth, connection, and quiet strength across our community.

The aroma of morning coffee. A dog’s wagging tail. A quiet sunset.
No joy is too small to matter.
In this space, vulnerability is a strength, grief is honored, and hope is nurtured, one shared moment at a time.

So pause. Breathe. Add your joy. Read someone else’s.
And feel how quickly a single heartbeat of happiness can echo through us all.

The Story of #MyHappyProject
Just like many other health professionals out there, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others cultivate happiness, healing, and personal growth. But beneath the title of “therapist” lives a person—one who, like everyone else, has faced heartbreak, uncertainty, and days that felt unbearably heavy.
Even with the knowledge and tools I’ve gained in my profession, I’ve come to understand: there is no quick fix for pain. The heart doesn’t heal on command. Grief, loss, and emotional suffering deserve to be honored, not bypassed.

There have been seasons when my body faltered.
I’ve grieved the passing of my father.
I’ve walked through moments that brought me to my knees.
And through it all, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about avoiding the darkness.
It’s about learning how to walk through it—with tenderness, honesty, and the quiet belief that joy can still rise, even here.

The inspiration behind this movement #MyHappyProject began with the loss of my beloved furkids, Remo & Suria. When they passed, after 15 years by my side, I felt as though my entire world had crumbled.
They weren't just pets. They were my heart, my anchor, my quiet reason to keep going.
In those darkest moments, even the thought of death felt like a strange kind of comfort.

Though the ache of losing them still lives within me, so does their love. And that love has expanded into something larger: the choice to live for kindness, to spread joy, and to help others find their way back to themselves.
Every act of gentleness I offer—especially toward animals—is an echo of the love they left behind.

And so, #MyHappyProject was born.
Not as a place of perfect joy, but as a space to rediscover it—one step at a time.
Here, I share the small things that carry me forward: a warm sunrise, a whispered prayer, a cup of tea after a hard day. And I invite you to share your own “happy notes”—a flicker of peace, a moment of gratitude, or anything that reminds you life is still worth feeling.

Because happiness isn’t a destination. It’s a collection of small, sacred pauses.
Because grief and joy can live in the same breath.
Because healing is a shared journey—not a solo one.
